How to order your prescription…

The process is simple and depends on whether you already have a prescription on file with us.

If you have a prescription on file:

Simply let us know which items you need from your existing prescription and what time you would like to collect them.

If you have a new prescription:

You can attach a photograph of your prescription when submitting your online order, allowing our team to review your request. Alternatively, you can ask your GP to send your prescription electronically through Healthmail.

Important information about paper prescriptions.

If your GP or another prescriber has issued you with a paper prescription, please remember to bring the original document with you when collecting your medication. We need to verify the original prescription before your order can be handed over.
