How to Use:

For daily nasal hygiene and moisturising:

Keep the head upright
Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril
Spray once or twice into each nostril
Allow excess solution to drain before gently blowing the nose

For deeper cleansing of the nasal passages:

Tilt the head to one side
Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril
Administer a prolonged spray
Allow excess solution to flow out before blowing the nose

General Directions:

Prime the spray before first use by briefly pressing the nozzle
Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry thoroughly
Use 2 to 6 times daily, or as often as needed
