Lamberts A-Z Multi is a one-a-day formula providing all of the most important micronutrients, many at 100% NRV*. But when it comes to Vitamin D we have included double the NRV*, the level that is increasingly being recommended.

This is a useful ‘maintenance’ level supplement that is suitable for those 13 years and upwards, and makes a good long term supplement for teenagers. It provides a useful amount of iron, a mineral that is particularly important for young women, especially if they are eating little red meat.
